As Oak View continues to grow within a sector where there is an acute skills shortage, it becomes ever more important to invest in, retain and develop all the company’s staff for the future. The upturn in the economy and in the construction industry, coupled with Brexit, has put even more pressure on recruitment. To attract the best employees, Oak View has to demonstrate every day that it is a great employer that respects staff at all levels and shows a commitment to making them feel valued and supported whilst providing them with internal and external training to help them progress within the company.

Strongly believing that its staff are the firm’s greatest asset, Oak View rewards and recognises them. Without the staff and their dedication and loyalty, Oak View would not be one of the most valued and respected landscape contractors in the region. With that in mind, it feels that they should be rewarded for their efforts.
