Nurture Landscapes is an award-winning family business providing national landscape maintenance and winter gritting services. Nurture aspires to be the most respected and nurturing landscaping company in the UK as considered by its clients and employees and as important in its actions affecting the environment in which it works. Nurture is achieving this through developing its employees using its internal trainers, engaging apprentices to provide gardeners for the future and maintaining its customers with a current 91 per cent retention rate.
Through its generous employee share scheme, of which they own 18 per cent, employees are able to join in the success of the business, which has seen rapid growth now with a current turnover of £35m with 500 employees. Employees benefit from new initiatives that are implemented following their feedback and they also have fun arranging and participating in community events.
