Repurposed Development
This category recognises outstanding landscaping contributions to repurposed commercial, retail, or residential developments, playing a key role in transforming urban spaces to meet the evolving needs of communities. The judges are looking for innovative and high-quality landscape schemes, both hard and soft, that significantly enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability of repurposed developments.
Entries must clearly demonstrate how the landscape design supports the overall redevelopment, whether through improved usability, environmental benefits, or placemaking. The scheme can be a standalone landscape project or a defined phase of a larger development.
Projects must have achieved practical completion between 1 June 2024 and 1 June 2025, and partial phases of larger schemes will be accepted if clearly defined with a redline boundary plan.
Bandings are excluding VAT.
Entry fees and deadlines
Early Bird Discount Deadline*:
5 May 2025 - £235 per entry (Additional entries: £210 per entry)
Final Deadline:
9 June 2025 - £275 per entry (Additional Entries: £245 per entry)
First Time Entrant Deadline: £165 per entry
